WP I ARC in cooperation with LLC «Aviainvest» developed the Concept Design for the new international terminal in Makhachkala airport with the capacity of 190 pass/ hour.
This variant has an angular form in the plan. The central compositional element is a translucent shed extended to the landside area. It acts as part of the roof above the arrival and departure hall.
For the ceiling and façades, there was suggested a special offset printing glass with oriental ornaments. Above the esthetic attractivity, ornaments act s a sun protection element.
